I'm Rohit Warrier: founder of Zepcruit, where we use AI to predict who will succeed in a role, and of WEFIRE, a key player in CNC fire safety in India. I'm also an inventor and was on Shark Tank India Season 1.
From selling sound to
building hiring intelligence.
I started my career in Delhi as a demonstration specialist at Bose and then ran commercial audio sales for North India at Profx. In 2010 I went back to Pune and founded Warrier Electronics. Today it trades as WEFIRE and protects CNC machines for multinational manufacturers across India.
Since then I've kept building: a sticker and decal export business and Sippline, a patented drinking shield that got global media attention and went viral for six months. Now I'm working on Zepcruit, a hiring intelligence platform that helps companies hire on evidence instead of gut feel.
I learned my approach to work the hard way: success is a journey of never-ending milestones, and it begins where blame, excuses and denial end. When I'm away from work, I'm probably on a golf course or jumping out of a plane.

Hiring has always been a gut call. Zepcruit changes that. It's a hiring intelligence platform that runs from CV screening to tailored AI video interviews, and it combines behavioural analysis with predictive analytics to forecast how a candidate will perform in the role. It serves enterprise clients in India and abroad.

"Glass ka mask": a reusable drinking shield that keeps your lips off the rims of shared glasses. I designed it in 2016 and launched it in 2020, when the pandemic made hygiene everyone's concern. I pitched it on Shark Tank India, stayed viral for six months, and took it abroad to The Hotel Show in Dubai.
Warrier Self Adhesives
Made and exported automotive and custom stickers and decals. Partnered with OEMs and brand managers in India and abroad on custom branding solutions.

What keeps me curious.
Skydiving
113 jumps and counting. There's nothing like the moment the door opens at altitude. Skydiving teaches the same things entrepreneurship does: prepare properly, trust your training, and once you've committed, go all in. Freefall is the one place my phone can't reach me.
Golf
Golf is the opposite of freefall: patient and precise, and humbling every time. It's where I slow down, think clearly, and have some of my best conversations.
Reading
I read to borrow other people's decades of experience, especially on business, psychology, and how people make decisions. A lot of the thinking behind Zepcruit started in the margins of a book.
Inventing
I can't see an everyday problem without wondering how to fix it. That habit has turned into two patented products so far, and there's always a notebook of ideas waiting for their turn.
